Roofing Repair, Roofing Services - Phoenix

Kuskowski Job - Maintenance of roof, we cleaned out all the valleys - free of debris and replaced broken tiles. We also sealed any cracks around roof penetrations.

Millett Job - Completed August 2011. We roofed it with 30 year Dimensional shingles. We always use Rapid Ridge on the ridges. This gives the roof a better dimensional look. Most companies do not use the Rapid Ridge. We also installed O'Hagins Vents instead of the Turbine Vents. They get painted to match the shingles and are a low profile vent that does not stick out like a sore thumb.

Rossey Job - We completed the Rossey in January 2008. We roofed this one with 30 year dimensional shingles. So far - no leaks. Our customer was extremely happy and gave us some referrals.

Flores Job - We completed the Flores job in June 2011. We used a 25 year 3 tab fiberglass shingle and had to replace a large amount of wood.

Baldwin Job - This is the Baldwin job we completed in September of 2007. This is the first full tile job we did. We used a flat tile on this roof. This tile gives the look of wood shakes.

Purcells Tire - Purcells Tire company, located on E Ray Rd. in Ahwatukee. It was completed in February of 2011. The roof has modified rolled roofing put down by 'torch down'. The company just wanted it repaired instead of re-roofing the entire building. We coated it with KM Coating material. We repaired the Jolson drains that were leaking and the evaporative coolers that were leaking. We repaired the 2-piece tile mansard at the front of the building also.
